MAGNA EXECUTIVE SEARCH in partnership with a multinational located in Indaiatuba/SP is looking for:
CUSTOMER SERVICE / Operational Account Representative
Responsibilities:
As a member of the Customer Service Team, a qualified individual will be responsible for providing exceptional, accurate service to customers while managing a substantial volume of
requests and inquiries electronically. Some phone work is required as well.
* Collaborate with team members to add value to customers.
* Manage a large volume of transactional work.
* Accurately service customer requests received electronically and through customer portals.
* Respond to customer requests through email and phone communications.
* Prioritize urgent and standard orders in response to customer requests.
* Manage customer complaints and returns with care.
* Maintain up-to-date account and customer contact information.
* Utilize the CRM system to efficiently oversee and cultivate strong customer connections.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (related areas).
* Fluency in English.
* Proficiency in Spanish is considered an important asset.
* Previous experience with customer service.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
* Be available to work occasional weekends / holidays.
* Valid passport required.
Desired Qualifications:
* Demonstrate familiarity with ERP systems, particularly with a preference for experience using Oracle.
Additional Information:
* Job location: Indaiatuba-SP (Brazil).
* Position requires working 100% in person for at least 1 year.
* Working hours: 8 am to 5 pm.
* To be available to spend an initial integration & training period in Europe (an estimated two months).
