Utilizing advanced command and control systems, the ABM directs airborne assets, coordinates with ground forces, and ensures the effective execution of mission objectives.This ABM SME will use their extensive knowledge of the C3I mission space to conceptualize, develop, communicate and propose solutions. Apply now to be part of shaping the future of US defense capabilitiesResponsibilities:Lead the planning, designing, and implementation of theater and strategic Command and Control solutionsMonitor and assess battlefield environments to adapt strategies real-timeIdentify capability gaps and develop C3I DOTMLPF-P requirements Provide subject matter expertise for Air Battle Management capability development, gap analysis, and experiment planningProvide doctrinal expertise across all C3I Warfighting Functions Maintain clear and concise communication with warfighters and stakeholders (internal and external)Foster collaboration and drive strategic solutions forwardWork front-end solutioning with USAF ABM community to include assessing needs from requirements (SOW, SOO, PWS, other Draft material)Demonstrate good communication and relationship skills, determining pain points and key USAF client needsSupport leadership in briefing/debriefing of objectives, strategies, and outcomesResearch and incorporate data from military policy, campaign strategies, and war plansAnalyze Command and Control mission task completion and achievement of objectivesQualifications:Required: 20+ years of experience in U.S. military agency (military or civilian) in progressive command and staff positions 4-year Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Military Science)Significant experience in air operations, preferably in a command-and-control roleProven track record of successful mission management and executionExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesProficiency in using command and control systems and avionics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsActive Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCIDesired:Advanced degree in related fieldRelevant military or civilian certifications in air battle managementCombatant Command ExperienceExperience serving on Service/Joint staffExperience serving at Major HQABM military command experience-________________________________________________________________________________________What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
