Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Lead to manage the day-to-day operation of our Open Banking SaaS solution.
This is a great opportunity for a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills and experience in supporting production environments for financial services institutions, particularly those utilizing FDX/REST APIs and AWS cloud environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service delivery teams, ensuring smooth operation of the platform, providing technical guidance and mentoring team members on Open Banking workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operation of the Open Banking SaaS solution
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to support teams
* Collaborate with development and AWS SMEs to ensure smooth operation of the platform
* Participate in application support and resolving customer issues
* Develop and implement SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications
* Implement ITIL processes, including change, release, and incident management
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 7+ years of experience in supporting production environments for financial services institutions
* 2+ years of experience in supporting AWS cloud environments
* Strong knowledge of FDX/REST APIs, data sharing, and consent workflows
* Proven leadership experience, preferably leading a support team
* Experience with successfully running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications
* Familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly change, release, and incident management
Additional Requirements
* Experience dealing with senior management
* Nice-to-have: Open Banking experience, French language proficiency (B2 or above)
