About the Role
* Manage key client relationships within assigned territories to ensure account growth, foster business opportunities and maximize revenue generation.
* Develop strategic plans to drive sales performance, identify new business prospects and optimize existing accounts.
* Pursue new key account acquisitions within designated territories to expand the customer base.
* Conduct regular client reviews to assess needs, address concerns and provide tailored solutions that meet objectives.
* Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts to boost revenue.
* Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance, sales forecasts and market trends.
* Collaborate with product development teams to gather feedback and insights from clients, contributing to new product development.
Solid experience in the travel and hospitality sectors is essential. Commercial knowledge of B2B operations and emerging business models is highly valued.
Excellent project management skills are required.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese is necessary. Spanish fluency is an asset.
