Payroll Specialist
This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all payroll process, playing a crucial role in the well-being of our employees and the financial health of the company.
Key responsibilities :
Process monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, advances, and deductions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Calculate and collect social charges and taxes related to payroll (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, etc.), in compliance with current legislation.
Administer and manage benefits (transportation vouchers, meal/food vouchers, health plan, dental plan, life insurance), including inclusions, exclusions, and changes.
Execute hiring, termination, and vacation processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines and correct documentation.
Prepare and submit ancillary declarations and obligations (e Social, RAIS, DIRF, among others).
Provide support and assistance to employees for clarification of doubts related to payroll, benefits, and labor legislation.
Ensure compliance with labor, social security, and tax legislation, staying updated on changes.
Prepare management reports and personnel cost analyses.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in payroll.
Technical skills: -Advanced proficiency in Excel
-Experience with payroll systems
-Experience with Workday is a differential.
