About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting top technology talent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage high-quality candidates
* Source and screen candidates using various techniques, including Boolean-equation searches, job boards, and professional networking sites
* Candidate evaluation, interviewing, and selection for both contract and permanent placement opportunities
* Create job descriptions and post jobs on relevant job sites and databases
* Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions
* Prepare reporting on activities and results
Requirements:
* 5+ years in recruitment, including IT recruitment experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in DIRECT HEADHUNTING of permanent and contract technology candidates
* Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment agencies with full cycle, direct recruiting calls to candidates all the way to present to the client.Must have in-depth technical evaluation experience
* Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
* Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills
* IT Knowledge
* Familiarity with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Working experience with CRM or ATS systems
