Sales and Business Development Representative Opportunity

This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, the ability to effectively engage prospects and close deals.

* Develop and execute outreach campaigns using email, phone calls, and social media.
* Schedule and conduct virtual discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our solutions.


About the Role

1. Business Development and Lead Generation:
* Research and identify potential clients and industries to target.
* Develop targeted outreach strategies to engage prospects and drive sales.
2. Sales Strategy and Execution:
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
3. Client Relationship Management:
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
* Act as the main point of contact for prospective clients during the sales process.
4. Market Representation and Brand Promotion:
* Represent the organization as a trusted partner for outsourced bookkeeping and tax services.
* Participate in virtual networking events and webinars to connect with potential clients and partners.
5. Reporting and Administration:
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar role.
* Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone or video call.
* Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
* Remote work experience and ability to manage time, priorities, and communication effectively without direct supervision.
* CRM proficiency and hands-on experience using CRM software.
