Account Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced B2B account manager with a background in the travel industry to join our team.
About the Role:
* This position is responsible for managing existing client relationships within assigned territories, ensuring their needs are met and driving business growth.
* The successful candidate will develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Responsibilities include acquiring new key accounts within assigned territories, conducting regular business reviews with clients, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
Requirements:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with experience in building and maintaining long-term commercial relationships.
* Able to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
* Solid understanding of the travel and hospitality industries, as well as commercially relevant knowledge of business models and segments.
* Project management skills and proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages, with fluency in Spanish a plus.
