We pride ourselves on standing out from the competition, offering an innovative, customer-centric experience across all markets, and exceeding customer expectations to elevate their sports experience.We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Brand Manager to join our team in Brazil, ensuring our brand proposition is impactful and consistent.Please submit your CV in English*We are looking for someone who:Has at least 10 years of experience in a brand role within a fast-paced, regulated market such as gambling, fintech, or drinks, preferably with online and multichannel experience.Has an interest in football and understands the dynamics between clubs and fans.Has a proven track record of managing successful brand campaigns and activations across multiple channels.Has experience managing agencies and providing clear creative feedback.Has experience working with media partners (advantageous).Has experience in a global business with central and local operations (highly desirable).Demonstrates creative thinking and attention to detail.Is highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure.Possesses outstanding communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.Holds a Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.What you'll be doing:Leading local brand initiatives and acting as brand guardian, collaborating with marketing teams including Media, Social, PR, and Sponsorships to ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and strategy.Ensuring all campaigns, stunts, and content tell a consistent story to engage sports and entertainment fans.Working with the global brand team to localize campaigns for market relevance.Collaborating with sponsorship and partnerships teams to align ambassadors and partners with brand frameworks to enhance market presence.Managing relationships with external and internal creative agencies to optimize processes and efficiency.About Superbet Group:Superbet is a global tech and entertainment company delivering innovative sports betting and gaming experiences.
