Job Description
A Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators are consistently met.
The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or Human Resources roles with a focus on talent acquisition and proven experience in client-facing roles.
This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities to serve as a strategic liaison between our Client and Randstad.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
Previous experience in staffing, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
Native Portuguese and fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
