Considered the largest open-air museum in Latin America, the Instituto Inhotim, Jardim Botânico, and Museu de Arte Contemporânea, is seeking team members for the position of Atendimento Agent.
Located in Brumadinho (MG) since 2006, Inhotim is a non-profit organization funded by ticket sales, events, and donations from individuals and companies — directly or through Federal and State Cultural Incentive Laws.
Its landscapes across 140 hectares offer visitors a unique experience blending art and nature.

This person will be responsible for:
* Providing customer service, supporting all internal transportation services, sharing technical and conceptual information, ensuring compliance with visitation norms and procedures, and guaranteeing an accessible, inclusive, and safe experience for all visitors;
* Organizing queues and managing visitor flow at boarding and disembarking points;
* Welcoming and receiving visitors at designated areas;
* Preserving equipment, artistic and botanical collections, ensuring visitation rules are followed, and monitoring spaces;
* Cleaning and maintaining electric vehicles, ensuring they meet leadership standards;
* Recording and generating operational data, such as filling out daily visitation reports and vehicle checklists;
* Participating actively in training and development programs offered by the institution;
* Studying and mastering materials and contents related to exhibitions provided by immediate management;
* Disseminating information about the museum's programming, including operating hours and events;
* Performing other related activities.
Candidate profile:
* High school diploma completed or in progress;
* Previous experience in customer service is desirable;
* Excellent oral communication skills.
