Role: Mendix Tech Lead
Location: Remote ,(Brasil)
Required skills:
5+ years of professional experience with a strong background as a Tech Lead in software development projects
Solid hands-on expertise with the Mendix low-code platform (Advanced / Expert certification preferred)
Experience working in agile environments and acting as technical mentor or agile coach
Ability to design and develop application templates, reusable components and development guidelines
Experience in implementing governance rules, security compliance standards and code quality controls
Hands-on experience operating and supporting Mendix Cloud, Control Center and Virtual Private Cloud (VPC)
Experience implementing and managing platform change requests
Strong communication skills with experience delivering training, workshops and community enablement sessions
Experience with vendor management
Exposure to additional technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Git and AWS basics
Interest in modern technologies including AI, IoT and Kubernetes
Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
English level B2 required
