Senior Full Stack Javascript Developer Role Overview
This is a hands-on role involving both full-stack JavaScript development and customer-facing support.
* Develop and deliver features tailored to a large enterprise customer.
* Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
* Communicate directly with the customer via calls and messages.
* Work within engineering sprints and coordinate with internal teams.
* Maintain clear, fluent English communication.
The selected candidate will gather requirements, develop and ship customer-specific features, resolve issues, and keep the customer updated through calls and messages. They'll also participate in our regular engineering sprints alongside other developers and product staff.
Key Responsibilities
1. Feature Development: Design and implement custom features for a major enterprise customer.
2. Customer Support: Offer timely assistance with technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns.
3. Communication: Foster strong relationships with customers by engaging in regular conversations, addressing their needs promptly, and keeping them informed about project progress.
4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering and product management, to ensure seamless integration of customer-centric solutions.
