Key to the success of our IT organization is a seasoned IT service management specialist who can design, develop, and implement high-performing ServiceNow solutions.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish business requirements for the development and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform.
 * Develop and implement comprehensive configurations and customizations of ServiceNow applications and modules.
 * Lead the development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to support strategic business objectives.
 * Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
 * Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members in the implementation of ServiceNow best practices.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related IT service management modules. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders to deliver results-driven solutions.
