A motivated and ambitious Marketing Coordinator is required to support the smooth execution of client work by managing internal communication and task coordination.
Main Objectives:
* Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with turnaround standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
* Teamwork Boards Are Neat and Tidy: Task trackers &/or Teamwork spaces are accurate and updated daily.
* Projects Following Naming Conventions: Provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects to ensure they meet or exceed internal and client expectations.

* Project Management: Ability to manage timelines, juggle multiple projects, and keep everything on track without letting anything fall through the cracks.

The role reports to the Senior Account Manager and includes a range of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including On-time Task Completion Rate, Internal Team Satisfaction Score, and Error-Free Deliverables.
