We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
IT LATAM Senior Analyst
to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our operational systems and infrastructure across multiple Latin American sites. This role requires a professional with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
What You Will Do:
* Manage Microsoft Operational Systems (Windows Server and Client), virtual environments (VMWare and Citrix), and hardware for servers and endpoints.
* Provide comprehensive Service Desk Support (L1, L2, L3) to internal and external users across our LatAm sites (Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Panama, and Argentina).
* Monitor and manage server and networking equipment, including Routers, Switches, Access Points, and VPNs.
* Maintain IT infrastructure, including racks and cabling for datacenters, plants, and endpoints.
* Assist with project management and enhance IT KPIs.
* Perform backup/restore operations using Avamar tools and manage asset control.
* Handle IT vendor management and process bill payments.
* Prepare and deliver presentations on IT LatAm for worldwide meetings.
* Occasional business travel to overseas offices is required.
What We Are Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst with strong troubleshooting skills to identify and solve complex technical problems.
* Advanced proficiency in English is essential, and Spanish is a desirable skill.
* Strong team player with excellent communication, productivity, and planning skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and a resilient attitude.
Business-oriented vision focused on cost reduction and IT operation improvements.
Desirable skills:
Familiarity with ERP TOTVS Datasul, EHS, Industrial, and Laboratory systems.
Telephony skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server databases.
Developer skills.
