We are looking for an exceptional Technical Cutover Manager to lead our SAP S/4HANA project. This is a fantastic opportunity to transform your career and gain valuable experience in a collaborative environment.
As a Technical Cutover Manager, you will be responsible for co-leading end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to guide the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to K-C business segments in Asia.
Your key responsibilities will include leading and coordinating technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project, collaborating with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
You will also manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare. Additionally, you will provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points. Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects is required. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as well as strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
