Account Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Manager. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for building strong business relationships with hotels in their portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain strong business relationships with hotels in the assigned portfolio.
* Optimize inventory levels, availability, and competitiveness of rates offered through the Reservations Center.
* Negotiate conditions to maximize conversion and ensure highest competitiveness index for assigned hotels.
* Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to align contracted products with demand from agency networks.
* Provide strategic advice on online marketing and direct sales.
* Identify opportunities for new products, offers, or services, in coordination with department heads and Business Development teams.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
* Education in tourism or a related discipline.
* Excellent customer orientation skills.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in English language at an advanced level.
