Ten16 Creative is looking for a mid-level Project Manager based in Brazil to help keep our creative work clear, organized, and moving forward. Ten16 is a creative partner for technology-driven companies, helping teams turn complex products into clear, market-ready brand, campaign, design, web, video, and motion experiences. Our clients operate across areas such as AI, SaaS, gaming, entertainment, consumer electronics, connected hardware, and B2B technology. This is a remote contractor position for someone who is experienced enough to manage multiple moving pieces with confidence, but still hands-on, adaptable, and eager to grow with a fast-moving creative team. The right person will bring structure to creative work without slowing it down. They will help coordinate timelines, deliverables, client communication, internal reviews, production details, and day-to-day follow-through across projects that often involve strategy, design, writing, motion, video, web, and campaign development. About Ten16 Creative Ten16 Creative is a global creative studio with roots in the United States and São Paulo. We help tech-driven companies make complex products easier to understand, trust, and bring to market. Our work spans brand identity, campaign development, design systems, web design, presentations, marketing assets, video, motion, 3D animation, AI-powered production, and creative leadership. We work with companies that need a creative partner who can bring clarity, consistency, and structure to sophisticated products. Our clients have included technology, AI, SaaS, gaming, entertainment, and consumer electronics brands, with representative work across companies and projects in various tech-driven spaces. About the Role The Project Manager will be responsible for helping Ten16 plan, coordinate, and deliver creative projects from kickoff through final delivery. This person will work closely with creative directors, designers, producers, writers, motion teams, developers, and clients to make sure everyone understands what needs to happen, when it needs to happen, and what is required to deliver excellent work. This role is ideal for someone who has already worked in an agency, creative studio, production company, marketing team, or digital product environment and understands how creative work moves from brief to execution. The role does not require senior-level account leadership, but it does require organization, fluent English and Portuguese communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will manage active project timelines and ensure that milestones, deliverables, meetings, and reviews are clearly documented and communicated. You will help turn creative scopes into practical schedules, making sure that internal team members understand priorities and that clients understand what is needed from them to keep projects moving. You will coordinate daily and weekly project activity across brand, design, web, video, motion, campaign, and presentation work. This includes assigning or tracking tasks, following up on open items, preparing meeting agendas, documenting decisions, and making sure feedback is captured accurately. You will also help maintain project management tools, shared folders, project boards, calendars, and production documents so the team always has a reliable source of truth. You will support client-facing communication in English with professionalism and clarity. This may include sending status updates, recapping meetings, organizing feedback, preparing for presentations, and helping the team stay ahead of deadlines. Because Ten16 works with technology-driven companies, you should be comfortable working on projects where the subject matter may be complex, technical, or still evolving. You will help protect the quality of the work by making sure deliverables are complete, organized, properly labeled, and ready for review or delivery. You will not be expected to creative-direct the work, but you should have a strong eye for detail and enough creative production experience to recognize when something is missing, unclear, or not ready to send. Qualifications The ideal candidate has approximately 3–5 years of experience in project management, creative production, account coordination, marketing operations, agency operations, or a related role. They should have experience managing creative deliverables and coordinating cross-functional teams in a remote environment. They must be located in Brazil and must be fluent in both Portuguese and English. English fluency is essential because the role will involve written and spoken communication with U.S.-based team members and clients. Portuguese fluency is equally important for collaboration with Brazil-based team members and vendors.
