Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated Trading & Operations Analyst to join our Operations team in São Paulo, with focus on Trading. This role is critical in supporting our existing institutional clients and assisting our regional Sales and Product teams across the Americas. You will act as a key interface between clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams, helping troubleshoot, resolve, and anticipate issues related to trading infrastructure, execution, onboarding, and platform use. Key Responsibilities· Provide day-to-day support for institutional clients across the Americas, including trade execution, platform functionality, and post-trade services;· Act as a technical liaison for the Sales and Relationship Management teams, offering expertise during client onboarding, demos, and support interactions;· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FIX/API integrations, account setup, market access, and trade flows;· Monitor and manage trade exceptions and escalations in real time;· Work closely with global teams (Technology, Compliance, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery;· Maintain strong product knowledge across all asset classes (equities, fixed income, ETFs, fractional products, etc.);· Ensure client documentation, issue logs, and SLAs are maintained accurately and up to date. Required Qualifications· 3+ years of experience in a trading support, electronic trading, or operations role at a broker-dealer, fintech, or trading platform;· Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, execution workflows, and electronic trading systems (FIX, APIs, OMS/EMS);· Strong experience in equities and fixed income trading;· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset;· Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken) is required;· Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil (this is a hybrid role in our Faria Lima office). Nice to Have· Experience with fractional investing or multi-asset platforms;· Exposure to back-office systems and clearing/custody processes;· Familiarity with working across multiple time zones and with distributed teams.
