FOLLOW UP WITH TRAINING ATTENDANCE AND INVOICE FOR REQUIRED PAYMENTS.
Maintain adherence to workflow and processes using CRM tools to streamline tasks.
Requirements
* At least 2-4 years of experience in managing training sessions.
* International work environment exposure is preferred.
* High-level understanding of the training landscape is essential.
* Customer service-oriented approach is necessary.
* Team player attitude is required.
* Able to communicate clearly and concisely through various channels.
* Attention to detail and prioritization skills are crucial.
