Overview
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love supporting the execution of effective marketing campaigns? Are you a detail-oriented organizer with a knack for optimizing processes and coordinating creative production?
If you have experience managing content calendars, coordinating creative projects, and optimizing marketing operations, keep reading. As our Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and the creative team to ensure all marketing content is produced efficiently, aligns with strategic goals, and is delivered on time. You will maintain a rolling 3-month content calendar, manage the production of creative assets, and ensure data on our marketing dashboard is accurate and actionable. This role supports marketing initiatives across digital, social media, email, and more.
Base pay range
$14,400.00/yr - $20,000.00/yr
Responsibilities

Content Calendar Management: Design and maintain a 3-month rolling content calendar that is always at least 80% filled with planned content; coordinate with creative, copywriting, and social media teams to ensure alignment and timely publication; implement tools and processes to track production and optimize calendar engagement.
Creative Production Coordination: Ensure the creation and completion of a minimum of 35 creative concepts per month (including 25 videos and 10 images); manage timelines, allocate resources, and prioritize content based on strategic objectives; provide regular progress updates.
Dashboard Implementation and Management: Design and implement a Looker dashboard to monitor production metrics; set up automated data pipelines for real-time accuracy; continuously optimize the dashboard to support data-driven decisions.
Process Optimization: Develop streamlined workflows for content creation, approval, and scheduling; use flowcharts to identify improvement areas and implement new tools as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Marketing Manager, creative, and other teams to align on strategies and priorities; facilitate regular meetings and clear communications on deadlines and updates.
Reporting and Analytics: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on content output, turnaround times, and approval rates; analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, content management, or a similar role
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and content management systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and experience in building dashboards
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes
