Overline is a leading digital marketing consultancy specialising in providing comprehensive marketing solutions to the biggest advertisers across the world. We are a consultancy dedicated to enabling marketing to be a more effective growth engine. Our team is comprised of industry experts and consultants with backgrounds spanning brand side, agency, technology, and publishing. We advise CMOs, senior marketers, and their teams on strategies that best suit their brand and business visions. We are targeting individuals who reside in Colombia, Brazil. Mexico, United Kingdom and South Africa for this position In your role as a senior consultant in the Technology & Data practice, you will work with blue-chip clients to help them understand, audit, and improve their martech stacks, audience targeting, measurement methodologies and campaign efficiencies. You will deliver gap analyses, tool and vendor recommendations, future state architectures, tactic optimizations, and thought leadership. You will work closely with marketing, data engineering, analytics and compliance stakeholders to define strategies, gather requirements, develop resource skills and build solutions across projects. Role Responsibilities: · Understand and prioritize Client needs across customer data, MarTech, AdTech, digital marketing and media analytics exhibiting strong knowledge of product solution differentiation and client use case applications. · Independently craft compelling presentations, architectures and models to illustrate recommendations. · Demonstrate a high level of expertise in your domain and solid good understanding of the broader marketing ecosystem. · Engage Clients with advanced, solution-focused discussions to effectively translate business goals into data, technology and analytics specifications and vice versa. · Apply knowledge of customer data collection and utilization within a business, including tag management, privacy, consent and identity resolution. · Develop and maintain effective communication with Clients, delivering updates and managing expectations while taking a proactive role in identifying and resolving problems. · Effectively manage Projects, ensuring goals are met while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction, showing advancement in project leadership and client satisfaction. · Continue professional growth through targeted learning and sharing knowledge with other team members. Experience: · At least 5 years of professional experience with the subsequent activities listed · Executing and/or leading digital marketing programs/transformations for digital marketing agencies, consultancies, internet companies or client marketing organizations. · Developing Customer Experience strategy, roadmaps, feature delivery, and negotiating tradeoffs. · Working cross-functionally with marketing, media, engineering, design, product, and analytics stakeholders to deliver products and services. · Building campaigns in CRM systems and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Adobe or similar · Utilizing first and third-party data for segmentation, targeting, personalization, and attribution - Orchestrating first-party audiences in DSPs (e.g. TradeDesk, DV360), CDPs (e.g. Segment, Amperity, etc.) and Clean Rooms (Google Ads Data Hub, SafeHaven, etc.) - Developing audience profiles and attributes with data partners such as Transunion, LiveRamp, etc. · Estimating budget and resource needs for implementing new adtech & martech tools Skills: · Strong drive to relentlessly prioritize and align with team members, business and IT stakeholder and to ensure the highest value is delivered · Demonstrated ability to imagine and invent before customers can articulate a direct need · Bias for action; ability to create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment · Comfortable having incomplete information, you will demonstrate how to model in the absence of concrete data points. · Adaptability in the face of project shifts and contribute innovative solutions.
