MISSION
Lead the Growth & Strategy agenda by defining medium and long-term strategic priorities and ensuring that resources: capital, people, and focus are allocated to initiatives with the highest economic and strategic return. Act as a vital bridge between strategy, growth, and execution, with a strong focus on Brand Finance for Innovation, ensuring that launches and growth initiatives have a solid financial foundation and contribute to sustainable value creation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate Strategy & Portfolio
* Define and update the medium and long-term growth strategy.
* Conduct structural analyses of categories, channels, consumers, and profit pools.
* Support leadership in defining\ "where to play and how to win\" (strategic priorities).
* Translate strategy into clear and executable roadmaps.
Growth & Innovation Frontiers
* Identify and unlock new growth horizons, including white spaces, new categories, and digital-first business models.
* Drive the innovation engine by scouting for adjacencies to the core business and assessing their scalability.
* Lead analyses of organic and inorganic opportunities to accelerate market entry and new business possibilities.
* Build and manage a structured pipeline of growth initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's long-term transformation.
* Lead cross-functional strategic projects, such as category re-design and digital acceleration.
Innovation Finance (Brand Finance)
* Act as a Brand Finance Partner with a focus on innovation, leading financial analyses for launches and strategic projects (business cases, payback, margin impact).
* Evaluate and propose trade-offs between growth, investment, and profitability.
* Monitor post-launch performance against the business case to continuously improve the quality of future projections.
* Support Innovation, Marketing, and Trade teams in project prioritization, investment sizing, and “go/no-go” decisions.
Governance & Interfaces
* Structure and lead decision-making forums for growth and innovation.
* Define clear prioritization criteria based on strategic impact, risk, and ROI.
* Work integrated with Revenue Management (coherence between strategy, mix, and monetization), Marketing (brand strategy), Finance (P&L and capital allocation), and Sales (alignment between long-term strategy and short-term commercial decisions).
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
* Advanced or Fluent English — essential for interaction with global teams and strategic reporting.
* Solid background in Strategic Planning, Business Development, or Finance, specifically within Business Partnering or Brand Finance roles.
* Proven track record in developing complex financial models, robust business cases, and in-depth market analysis.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate and influence within complex, matrixed organizational environments.
