Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Lead business discovery meetings with key users and stakeholders.

Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in sales or account management roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
Hands‑on experience with implementation processes.
