Role Overview
* The Enterprise Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's technological landscape by defining and implementing enterprise architecture strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain integrated enterprise architecture models, utilizing frameworks like TOGAF/ArchiMate to align with business demands and promote digital transformation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration between IT, OT, and industrial automation environments, while adhering to global corporate standards.
* Evaluate and validate new technologies, platforms, services, and methods, considering best practices in the mineral and natural resources sector.
* Establish architectural criteria prioritizing security, regulatory compliance, performance, sustainability, and operational integration.
* Prepare detailed documentation, transferring knowledge and mentoring technical and business teams locally and internationally.
* Facilitate effective communication among technical, operations, engineering, and global leaders, promoting collaboration and respect for cultural differences.
* Continuously analyze technological, regulatory, and business trends, proposing standards and improvements to position the organization as an international reference in sustainable and digital mining.
* Participate in supplier selection/merger processes, prioritizing interoperability, innovation, and return on investment in critical projects.
