Leadership Opportunity
This role presents a chance to lead and scale the North American sales organization, driving revenue growth across multiple client segments and products.
You will manage a high-performing team, collaborate with cross-functional departments including partnerships, product development, and marketing, and develop strategies to expand market share and enterprise relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and grow the North American sales team, motivating and inspiring peak performance.
* Drive revenue growth across enterprise, agency, and direct client segments, meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
* Develop annual and monthly revenue forecasts, and implement strategies to achieve them.
* Ownelements top-tier clients and prospects, negotiating deals and expanding long-term partnerships.
Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, account management, or business development, preferably in SaaS, digital advertising, or related fields.
* Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams and bringing new products to market.
* Demonstrated ability to win new business from major enterprises, including competing against established industry incumbents.
Familiarity with programmatic ad buying is beneficial.
