**This is a remote position, you can be located anywhere in Brazil
**Project Managers are responsible for ensuring strategic projects are delivered at the expected level of excellence in a timely fashion, coordinating internal resources to guarantee a flawless execution within budget.
They must be customer-obsessed, curious, and resourceful to successfully handle multiple projects and initiatives at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to that, PMs must be great at aligning vectors (externally and internally) to guarantee the end result for customers is always optimal.
To excel in this role, one will need to possess, clear communication and organization skills, excel at project and resource management, and possess the traits of a team leader, providing space for everyone to speak and suggesting the best course of action.
**Your Impact**:
- Guarantee the efficiency of the governance structure, provide transparency related to project prioritization, status, and decision-making process to direct delivery effort
- Provide clear communication of project goals, budget, schedule, risks, and efforts of the team members and notify leadership once the project goals are at risk.
- Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring all of them are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Facilitating kickoff meetings to guarantee alignment in scope, objectives, deadlines and expectations of each project
- Run alignment check-in calls with the internal teams and leadership teams to report project status, deliverables, risks, and blockers and work with them to identify solutions.
- Schedule and run post-delivery review for each Expert project
**What we are looking for**:
- Bachelor in Business, Engineering, Economy, Technology, Marketing, Advertising or related areas
- Minimal B2 proficiency in English
- Previous experience in Project Managing or in any related Project Delivery role such as Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Business AnalystExperience with project management tools and frameworks
- Great written and communication skills
- Transparent, autonomous, and non-hierarchical mindset (will have to interact with high lead levels, different project and processes teams
- Previous experience in managing multiples projects with different scopes at once
