Responsibilities include:
* Providing technical support internally and externally for product development, processing techniques, equipment operation, and troubleshooting.
* Offering general guidance to customers and resolving moderately complex issues.
* Supporting the sales team by demonstrating technical product knowledge and solutions at customer sites.
* Solving service, delivery, and application problems for customers.
* Training and instructing customers on end-use applications of products; assisting in training sales teams, distributors, and internal/external customers.
* Evaluating and developing data for new products and assisting in their launch.
* Conducting failure analysis, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
* Developing projects for new customer installations.
* Qualifying and managing equipment and service suppliers to support customer operations.
* Managing maintenance of Chemours site equipment and structures at customer locations, including periodic visits to support maintenance teams.
* Reviewing and approving technical reports from maintenance service providers.
* Providing technical support related to customer site activities.
* Preparing site reports and developing maintenance plans.
* Managing and controlling maintenance costs at customer sites.
