Job Description
We are seeking Freelance Technical Interviewers from the LATAM region across multiple technology domains. As an interviewer, you will leverage your technical expertise to evaluate candidates' problem-solving abilities, coding skills, and overall fit.
This is a freelance, remote role with a per-interview payment structure and flexible scheduling. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of candidates and technologies, sharpening your interviewing and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, or technical training preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish.
* Ability to conduct structured and unbiased evaluations.
* Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled interviews.
