Medical Science Liaison - Dermatology

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dermatology or rheumatology, extensive experience supporting clinical trials, and excellent communication skills.
Clinical Trial Support:
1. Collaborate with clinical trial teams to identify suitable patients and optimize recruitment strategies.
2. Engage with clinical trial sites and investigators to ensure smooth trial operations and alignment with study objectives.
3. Provide education and training to clinical sites on study protocols and therapeutic areas.
Insight Generation and Framework Creation:
1. Gather and synthesize insights from healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and other stakeholders to identify referral patterns, challenges, and opportunities for trial enrollment.
2. Develop frameworks to streamline patient identification and referral pathways.
Stakeholder Engagement:
1. Build and maintain relationships with HCPs, clinical trial investigators, and other key opinion leaders (KOLs) in dermatology.
2. Act as a liaison between clinical sites, investigators, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and support.
Cross-Border Collaboration:
1. Work across national borders to address global clinical trial needs and ensure compliance with international regulations and cultural nuances.
2. Collaborate with global teams to align on strategies and share best practices.
Travel Requirements:
* Travel extensively to meet with stakeholders, support trial sites, and attend relevant conferences and events.
Independent Work:
* Operate autonomously to manage responsibilities, meet deadlines, and drive projects forward while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in a similar role.
* Strong background in dermatology or rheumatology, with experience engaging with dermatologist-focused clinical trial sites and investigators.
* Proven track record of supporting clinical trial enrollment, patient identification, and site engagement.
* Experience generating insights and developing frameworks to address complex challenges in clinical trial operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD) in a relevant field is highly desirable.
* Experience with insight generation in the context of dermatology or rheumatology clinical trials.
