Agile Project Facilitator
As an Agile Project Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in driving collaboration and productivity across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure seamless execution of Scrum ceremonies, fostering focus on delivering value each sprint.
* Identify and swiftly address impediments to maintain steady progress and high team productivity.
* Cultivate agile principles and Scrum practices within teams, promoting ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
* Serve as a trusted liaison between product teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring transparent communication and timely alignment.
* Guide teams in planning, estimation, prioritization, and adaptive delivery.
* Support Product Owners in refining and managing the backlog for clarity and readiness.
* Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and actionable insights.
* Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and open communication across all levels.
* Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and team dynamics with a solution-oriented approach.
* Oversee reporting of team performance and progress for leadership visibility.
* Coordinate effectively with external vendors and partners, ensuring alignment and accountability.

* Strong background in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and guiding teams through complex initiatives.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and present confidently at all levels.
* Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and external partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) is strongly preferred.
* 5–7+ years of experience working with agile teams in dynamic or enterprise environments.
