What you will do:


* Provide exceptional customer support via chats, and emails
* Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for payment systems
* Monitor transaction activities and dashboards to identify and resolve issues promptly
* Act as the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with payment systems
* Collaborate with banks and acquirers to proactively oversee their processing capabilities and escalate concerns when necessary
* Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
* Securely work with customers' sensitive information
* Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services

What you need to succeed in this role:

* Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
* Technical support experience is a must
* 1-2 years of experience in Fintech is a must
* Troubleshooting skills
* Positive and responsible attitude
* Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

Will be a great plus:

* Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot
