Please find the below job description and request you to share me your resume to srinath.k@programmers.ai Job Title: Power BI Developer Location: Fully remote in Brazil or any other country in Latin America Job Type: Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Power BI and capable of transforming raw data into actionable insights through visually compelling reports. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics. Convert business requirements into technical specifications and implement them using Power BI. Build interactive dashboards, custom visuals, and paginated reports. Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data models. Integrate Power BI reports with other applications using embedded analytics and APIs. Optimize Power BI dashboards for performance and usability. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards. Develop and maintain DAX queries and measures. Implement row-level security on data based on user roles. Collaborate with data engineers and other team members on data extraction and transformation processes (ETL). Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, and analytics. Proven experience in Power BI development and data visualization. Strong understanding of DAX, Power Query (M Language), and data modeling. Proficient in writing SQL queries for data extraction and transformation. Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, My SQL). Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good communication skills for interfacing with business users and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI) or equivalent. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis. Experience with Power Automate or other workflow automation tools. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
