Advertising Executive / Advertising Specialist (Entry Level)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Advertising Executive / Advertising Specialist to join our digital marketing team.
In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, contributing directly to enhancing our brand’s online presence.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in paid media, supporting impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads (including keyword research, ad creation, audience targeting, and bidding strategies).
Monitor and analyze campaign metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS, providing basic recommendations for performance improvements.
Collaborate with content and design teams to develop creative assets for ads (copy, visuals, short videos, etc.).
Support A/B testing of ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting campaign health, insights, and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
Basic familiarity with Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads;
certification is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with great attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Understanding of digital advertising metrics and performance KPIs.
