Ark Exotic is where founders and creatives who've already made it come to gather and access our fleet.
Our members have driven everything. The novelty is gone. What they're chasing now is the social moments that they can't find anywhere else. We want to build a world of underground luxury that feel like scenes from a film.
Now we're building a creative team to match and we need an AI-native art direct who can sell the feeling of being inside Ark.
What You'll Do
* Lead a team of designers to create visuals that stop scrolls
* Design performance creatives that feel like film stills, not ads
* Generate scroll-stopping visuals that pull our target deeper into the world (and the funnel)
* Build on-image copy that speaks to a young successful founders
* Maintain a visual language across motorsport, lifestyle, clothing, and brand storytelling pillars
* Move fast — produce cinematic visuals at the volume performance marketing demands
Who You Are
* We don't care about your years of experience. We care about your eye and what you've built.
* You've built performance ads for premium DTC, lifestyle, or fashion brands before
* You've mastered Freepik Spaces and Higgsfield
* You understand the difference between \"looks expensive\" and \"feels exclusive\"
* Your portfolio looks like an A24 mood board, not a Canva carousel
* You've created something of your own — a brand, a zine, a film, a photo series, a fit page that proves you don't need a brief to build a world
* You follow filmmakers, fashion houses, and underground car culture in equal measure
* Streetwear, automotive, fashion, or film background? You're already shortlisted.
* You can tell me without thinking why the Gentle Monster \"Hunt\" campaign works, or why a single shot of a wet parking lot at night can carry an entire brand

* The most-watched private world in luxury automotive. Members don't join for the cars. They join for the access, the people, and the feeling of being on the inside of something most people will never see.
* This role defines what that world looks like to anyone discovering us for the first time. Your work will be the first impression for people who've never been impressed.
