About Salesforce Development Opportunities
**Job Overview:**
* We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and help build innovative solutions that leverage real-time data ecosystems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL. Additionally, experience with Sandboxes, Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and Change Sets is highly desirable. Some previous experience with Snowflake/SQL and queries/reports, as well as Java development, working with Docker, Spring, and AWS, is also beneficial.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with Product Managers and the development team to maintain a product backlog.
* Utilize Programmatic Salesforce to expand the functionality of our existing Salesforce Org.
* Act as a member of an Agile Scrum team to deliver value across the organization.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Advanced English skills (mandatory).
* 3+ years of professional Salesforce development experience on high-output teams.
* Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
* Experience building complex, real-time data integrations using the Salesforce API or platforms like Heroku Connect.
* Strong opinions about Salesforce SDLC, deployments, and environment management.

Note: This role requires 2 meetings per day, one at the beginning and one at the end of the day, with distributed teams in the USA and Europe. Full-time availability from 9 AM to 5 PM EST is required.
