Responsibilities include:
1. Planning, organizing, and executing improvement works on the hotel structure based on policies and objectives set in conjunction with your supervisor.
2. Managing corrective and preventive maintenance tasks in areas such as building, electrical, hydraulic, and landscaping, ensuring compliance with safety standards and brand quality standards.
3. Identifying and addressing the needs for the proper functioning of the hotel.
Activities
As described above, responsible for maintenance planning, organization, and execution, managing various maintenance tasks to ensure hotel operations run smoothly.
Requirements
* Experience: At least 5 years in the field, with a minimum of 1 year in leadership roles.
* Key skills: Infrastructure and building maintenance experience, knowledge of the business, good interpersonal communication, people management skills, and negotiation ability.
Desirable Knowledge
* Proven experience in hotel maintenance or similar segments.
* Technical knowledge in electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, and building systems.
* Leadership skills and excellent communication.
* Technical or higher education in related areas is preferred.
