We need an architect who can build complex, multi-step workflows that fetch unstructured data (call transcripts, email history), process it via LLMs (Claude/GPT), and execute high-stakes communications with precision.What You Will BuildWhat You Will Build (General Scope)AI-Driven Communications: Workflows that draft hyper-personalized emails to investors and clients by referencing historical data and context.Intelligent Reporting Loops: Systems that periodically query our database to aggregate activity logs and generate strategic summaries for stakeholders.Data Synchronization: Ensuring seamless data flow between our CRM (Attio), Database (Supabase), and Deal Room (Airtable).Contextual RAG: Building logic that pulls specific past interactions (transcripts) to inform future AI outputs.The Tech StackOrchestration: n8n (Primary requirement).AI: Anthropic (Claude 3.5 Sonnet) & OpenAI APIs.Who You AreData Literate: You are comfortable writing SQL queries (Supabase) to fetch, filter, and aggregate specific datasets (e.g., "Fetch interactions from the last 48 hours").Prompt Engineer: You understand how to structure System vs. User prompts to prevent hallucinations and ensure strict formatting compliance.Detail Oriented: We automate high-value interactions. You understand the importance of testing and "kill-switches" to prevent errors.
