Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and have experience working with Scrum teams. This role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, supporting team members, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions. You will be responsible for identifying, escalating, and helping to remove impediments impacting team progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* At least 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
* Experience working with distributed, global teams
