The Champion will act as the GoodWe brand ambassador within partner companies, serving as a strategic link between technical, commercial, and marketing teams.
The main goal is to drive sales through training, technical support, relationship-building with key decision-makers, and active brand promotion.
Key Responsibilities Support sales teams with specifications, system simulations, and strategic client visits.Conduct in-person and online training sessions for partners and clients.Create and maintain technical materials: tutorials, videos, documentation, and knowledge bases.Represent GoodWe at events, exhibitions, and industry forums.Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation, social media activity, and co-marketing campaigns.Provide pre-sales technical support, including system design and on-site visits.Gather and analyze market feedback to help optimize products and portfolio.Maintain active engagement with the solar market, including digital brand promotion. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields.Advanced English.At least 2 years of experience with PV inverters and 3 years in the Brazilian solar market.Advanced knowledge of inverters, energy storage systems, and tools such as PVSyst and MS Office.Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and technical training skills.Nice-to-haves: experience with batteries, AutoCAD, graphic design, and video editing.
