Strategic Digital Account Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Digital Account Manager to join our team. As a Digital Account Manager, you will act as the strategic liaison between clients and our internal teams.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all client objectives are met through effective campaign execution, performance tracking, and proactive optimization.
You will work closely with internal teams to execute digital campaigns across various channels, including media, creative, performance, branding, and more.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and Maintain Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth.
* Campaign Execution: Coordinate with internal teams to execute digital campaigns across various channels.
* Strategic Recommendations: Provide strategic recommendations based on client goals and market context.
* Campaign Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and proactively optimize as needed.
* Upsell/Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify opportunities to maximize client value.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment.
* Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
* Digital Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, and more.
* Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to extract insights from data and translate them into strategic actions.
