Product Visionary
A seasoned Product Owner is sought after to spearhead the implementation of Loyalty and Marketing Automation platforms for LATAM markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prioritize product backlogs for Loyalty and Marketing Automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Develop clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, maintaining comprehensive documentation in Confluence.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally and locally to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet customer needs.
* Support seamless integration with the Single Customer View (SCV) while upholding data governance best practices.
* Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of value-driven projects.
5-8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in marketing tech or CRM is required. Strong Agile methodology knowledge and sprint management skills are essential. Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms – is also necessary. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese are mandatory. Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is highly valued.
