Senior Project Manager Job Description
A key responsibility of this role is to oversee new business demands and ongoing improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess at least 6 years of experience in project management, governance, and application development, with fluency in English required.
This position will be responsible for:
* Managing new business demands and continuous improvement initiatives
* Evaluating and prioritizing new demands
* Driving enhancements in CFIN and PaPM processes and tools
* Servicing introduction and handover to operations
* Collaborating with stakeholders
* Establishing and enforcing standardized procedures
* Tracking and reporting performance
* Identifying and mitigating potential risks
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, DevOps), familiarity with processes such as Lean 6 sigma, Green Belt, Scrum, and knowledge of project management and change management methodologies.
