We're looking for an experienced
Program Manager
to lead the
Marketing Technology Transformation
across LATAM — including the rollout of
Single Customer View (SCV) ,
Loyalty Delivery, and
Marketing Automation
programs. You'll oversee multiple workstreams, connect global and local teams, and ensure smooth, on-time delivery of complex marketing technology initiatives.
What you'll do Lead the end-to-end program strategy for SCV, Loyalty, and Marketing Automation initiatives. Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and interdependencies across multiple LATAM markets. Act as the key liaison between global and regional teams (Marketing, IT, Data, and external vendors). Oversee project governance, reporting, and agile processes to drive transparency and efficiency. Track KPIs, ensure delivery quality, and support change management and adoption.
The kind of profile we're looking for 10+ years in
Program or Project Management, ideally within
digital or marketing technology
transformation. Experience managing
multi-country programs
with cross-functional teams. Understanding of
MarTech ecosystems
(CDP/SCV, Loyalty, Automation tools). Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in
English
and
Spanish or Portuguese
(both preferred). PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus.
