We are hiring an experienced Pega Developer to drive digital transformation initiatives across public sector programs.
This role sits at the core of mission-critical modernization efforts, combining deep technical expertise in Pega with system integration, workflow design, and scalable architecture. You will design and deliver secure, high-performance case management solutions that improve operational efficiency and service delivery for government agencies.
You will transform complex business requirements into robust Pega applications — integrating enterprise systems, modernizing legacy environments, and ensuring compliance with public sector standards. This person acts as a key technical partner to Architects, Business Analysts, QA, and Delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement applications using the Pega Platform
Configure case types, workflows, user interfaces, data models, and business rules
Develop and test integrations using REST and SOAP APIs with enterprise and legacy systems
Collaborate with Architects, Business Analysts, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery
Execute unit, system, and integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Participate in deployment planning, release management, and production support
Ensure compliance with public sector security and accessibility standards
Document technical specifications, configurations, and testing procedures
Required Experience & Skills:
3+ years of experience in Pega application development
Experience working across full SDLC implementations
Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data management
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Advanced English (written and spoken)
Pega Certification (CSA, CSSA, or LSA)
Nice to have:
Experience with Federal or State/Local government projects
Familiarity with security and compliance standards
