We're seeking a seasoned Sales Development Representative to spearhead our growth by setting strategic meetings with key decision-makers at forward-thinking companies.
The Position
 * Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound strategy across phone, email, and LinkedIn
 * Analyze and segment leads using industry-leading tools like ZoomInfo, Crelate, and LinkedIn Premium
 * Deliver 100 –120+ high-quality cold calls/day, along with targeted emails and LinkedIn messages
 * Negotiate qualified meetings with influential decision-makers (typically VPs, Directors, and Founders)
 * Track progress and pipeline through SourceWhale and internal CRM systems
 * Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to ensure meeting quality and ICP alignment
 * Continuously iterate and improve outreach campaigns based on performance metrics and conversion data
Requirements:
 * 2–5+ years of SDR experience in B2B consulting or staffing/recruiting environments
 * Demonstrated success in generating meetings with mid-market U.S. clients
 * Mastery of cold calling and sales engagement tools (SourceWhale, ZoomInfo, etc.)
 * In-depth understanding of professional services, especially in technology, product, or executive search
 * Confident, curious, and driven by the challenge of breaking into new accounts
 * Comfortable with high daily activity targets and KPI-driven accountability
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
