**Job Title:** Support Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Support Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences, and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Onboarding: Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth client setup, configure calendar linking systems, and optimize bio pages for new clients.
* Client Relationship Management: Facilitate offboarding communications, execute drip message campaigns, and conduct thorough account audits to resolve messaging errors.
* Meeting Support & Documentation: Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and maintain organized records of client interactions.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in executive assistance or client support
* Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly GHL
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
* Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Nice to Have:
* Experience in digital marketing or financial services
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
* Previous experience supporting customer success teams
