The Technical Assistant will be responsible for supporting AUXSOL’s technical service operations, assisting solar integrators with inverter configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring equipment operates at optimal performance.
Main Responsibilities:
1.Provide technical support to solar integrators, helping them resolve operational and configuration issues.
2.Assist customers in configuring AUXSOL equipment for optimal system performance.
3.Perform electronic repairs on inverter boards in the company laboratory.
4.Prepare and organize replacement shipments of inverters to customers.
5.Maintain technical documentation and spreadsheets related to support operations.
6.Manage inventory control of spare parts and equipment.
7.Request invoice issuance (NF) from the fiscal department when necessary.
8.Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure proper dispatch of replacement equipment.
Requirements:
1.Technical background in electronics, electrical engineering, or related fields
2.Experience with electronic repair and diagnostics
3.Knowledge of solar inverter systems is a plus
4.Organizational skills and attention to detail
5.Ability to work with technical documentation and inventory control
