This role is for editors who understand that great performance creative is not just about making things look polished. It’s about footage selection, hook instinct, pacing, and storytelling. We care deeply about your ability to know which visual, frame, and opening moment will make someone stop scrolling and keep watching.
We look for editors who can create ads that feel real, emotionally honest, readable, and performance-driven.
What the role looks like:
* Direct-response video editing with a strong emphasis on footage selection
* Turning hooks, visuals, and messaging into one clear performance story
* Working inside a structured creative system designed to keep editors focused
* Collaborating with a Creative Director for concepts and direction
* Collaborating with a Project Manager who helps with voiceovers, UGC sourcing, and removing production bottlenecks
We already have multiple video editors on the team and are onboarding more, so this is not a chaotic “figure it out alone” environment. We make sure that our editors have clarity, support, and autonomy in execution.
